Maple Leaf Dual Exhaust Fairings for Cessna 180 (C model and later), 182 (C model and later) and 185

In response to several customer requests and in close cooperation with Maple Leaf Aviation Ltd of Brandon, Manitoba, Canada, we are pleased to announce the availability of a new Dual Exhaust Fairing kit for the above listed aircraft that have been upgraded with Power Flow’s new PMCF high performance exhaust system.

The Maple Leaf fairings are made of high-quality fiberglass using a fire-retardant resin. The benefits are partially cosmetic (streamlining the appearance) and partially performance. They slightly reduce the drag of the tailpipes, but more importantly they create a venturi effect which improves the air flow through the cowling for better cooling. We have consistently measured a 5 to 15F drop in CHT's from these fairings alone.

As shown in the photographs, they also provide a clean look to the lower cowling and add some wow factor!

Applicable models:

● Cessna 180/182/185 equipped with our Power Flow Systems PFS-LE-PMCF dual exhaust.

Additional Information:

● All products include hardware, STC, and installation instructions.

● All parts come in a gray gel coat. They require wet sanding, priming, and painting in addition to

installation time.

● Please note: Power flow Systems sends Maple Leaf Ltd. your aircraft registration information for

Maple Leaf to generate the STC permission letter. This process can take up to two business days

and we will ship once the STC permission letter is received.

● If you have ordered a Maple Leaf Fairing with your Power Flow System, we advise waiting 10 -

20 hours for the new exhaust to settle in before installing the Maple Leaf Fairing to avoid any

interference issues.

Kit Contains:

Two Maple Leaf Fairings(EP5002-002 LH / EP5002-002 RH Dual) for Power Flow Systems PMCF exhausts w/ installation hardware and foam block.

Please Note: If you already have a single Maple Leaf Exhaust Fairing installed, that fairing needs to be removed and replaced with the supplied new fairing for the right hand side. The existing installed right hand fairing could be moved to the left hand side but in our experience that fairing does not re-contour to the opposite side and results in a poor fit. For best results, it is just easier to start with two new fairings. If you own an existing single fairing, Maple Leaf will permit the STC transfer to another aircraft like yours for a fee of $25.00 (excluding hardware). You will need to provide them with your fairing serial number and owner information.
