Bolt-On Horsepower. Complete replacement of your exhaust system. FAA approved by STC and for all non-turbocharged Cessna 205-210 listed below except earlier model Cessna 210's with SN57001 through SN57840.
LEES exhaust collectors are direct replacement parts for Cessna 205, 206, 207 and 210 series aircraft. Our FAA /PMA approved Cessna 205 through 210 series tuned exhaust collectors utilize TIG welded construction. Each equal length (+/- 1.5″) mandrel bent primary tube is fabricated from 1-3/4″, 321 Stainless Steel with a wall thickness of .049″ and is 40% thicker than most OEM systems! They are designed to serve as expansion loops which allows them to expand and contract as each of their respective cylinder dictates without adversely affecting the other risers. Each collector now employs 2 slip joints to allow more flexibility of the risers. Current OEM systems use a very rigid design that usually results in premature cracking at the flanges and weld joints.
The LEES collectors do not use beaded ends and clamps, one annoying source of exhaust leaks and they are never very easy to remove. The primary tubes are routed into our patented 3-1 collector tube sheet. This helps merge the exhaust gases through the patented venturi and out the male ball joint. The outlet end is 90% thicker than OEM resulting in a much longer life. Our collectors not only reduce back pressure and noise but they also eliminate the common transverse flow and resulting hot spots in the stock system. We have customers utilizing our systems with over 5000 hours in use on the same system and no downtime. Some of Alaska´s busiest Air Taxi Operators employ our exhaust collectors with very good results. They have very demanding schedules and operate in some of the harshest environments in the world. Product reliability was the number one priority according to our customer survey response cards. LEES collectors are direct replacements for OEM systems and require no additional modifications.
Request a quote or call us to inquire about more information. There is no core charge. We do not recommend mixing our collectors with other brands due to the potential unbalance in exhaust back pressure.
Benefits:
Challenger Air Filter:
The Challenger Air Filter replaces the disposable foam filter media found on most aircraft with K&N's high efficiency reusable filter media which provides up to three times more air flow to the intake manifold of the engine. Our own flight testing has repeatedly confirmed Challenger's published data:
As mentioned above, the filter media itself is reusable. You just clean it and recharge it (coat it with oil so the dust sticks to it) once a year during annual and you can reuse it up to 25 times or 2,500 flight hours.
Since the Challenger system significantly improves the intake side of the engine at a very reasonable cost, we consider it to be the perfect complement to our Tuned Exhaust System which significantly improves the exhaust side. Challenger Complete Oil Filter Kit:
The filter element is made from medical grade, type 304 stainless steel micron filter cloth providing unmatched protection against oil contamination and resultant engine damage. The nickel-plated rare earth magnet is installed in the top of the element for magnetic pre-filtering of the oil. The unique twist lock design allows for easy disassembly, inspection, and cleaning. The quad-ring gasket doubles the seal between the filter and the engine. The filter housing is machined from a solid piece of 6061 T6 billet aluminum with cooling fins to aid in dissipating heat down 7 degrees. FAA/PMA STC’d one time 337 required.
Features and Benefits
Certain part number numbers interchangeable:
Please keep your important paperwork that is in the Ziploc bag with your aircraft logbook. When completing the STC request have your invoice number, where you purchased your filter, and the batch number that is found on the product box label, example batch# 004863. Please save the extra gasket in the box for your first replacement.

"Take- off was reduced by nearly half "
My experience after your PMCF dual exhaust system was installed on C-182K -67′ with almost 200 flight hours is:

"The new exhaust system has been a definite asset "
I installed the new leading edge exhaust on my C-A185F on Whipline 3730 amphibious floats,to achieve better performance in hot weather no wind take-off conditions.
After installation of the PMCF exhaust (NOTE: Installation of the system is simple and hassle free) I immediately noticed a considerable difference in take-off performance off the water. High ambient temp with high humidity is no longer an issue! The cylinder head temps have also decreased 10-15’F on average. The new exhaust system has been a definite asset to our Fishing Lodge at Macintyre Lake , in Northern Saskatchewan , Canada, flying supplies in and out of the lodge.
